As 10 Carden approaches its one year anniversary, we will be hosting a “Changemakers Celebration” on Saturday, Sept. 19th from 10 til 2.
While citizens are visiting Carden Street for the opening of our Civic Admin. Centre, 10 Carden will be open across the road. There will be “at-a-glance” displays of the great work done by more than 25 amazing Guelph groups that have used 10C for art galas, book clubs, workshops, meetings, speakers’ series, brainstorming and celebrations. Come find out more about how you can get create, collaborate and innovate along with these dynamic organizations.
10 Carden promotes collaboration by linking groups and individuals working for a better Guelph and a better Canada while protecting the planet and all its inhabitants.
And help us celebrate!! Thx to the support of the Guelph Civic League in year one, 10 Carden will soon be incorporated as an independent not-for-profit.

10 C will return to regular business hours next week! From Tuesday, Sept 8th, we will once again be open 9 til 5 daily for hot desk use and board room bookings. Evening and weekend use still available by booking the space. Drop by to use our wireless access and office amenities, find out about upcoming events and meet the Guelph “changemakers” using the space.

If you’re new to Transition Guelph and you’re wondering what the Transition movement is all about, or if you know the basics but want to learn more, or if you just want to get together with some cool people, have a snack and see a great video, join Transition Guelph at 10 Carden next Wednesday, September 9 at 7 PM for the premiere screening of an important new film called In Transition. This hour-long documentary on the Transition Town movement is the work of director Emma Goude, with production by Smith and Watson, and with input from Transition communities around the world.
